Job Description

Weitz Luxenberg’s Drug Medical Devices Litigation practice is looking to fill an exciting role as a Call Center Specialist. This individuals responsibilities will include answering phone calls, preforming client intake, and pointing clients to the correct internal contacts. This position offers the opportunity to play an intricate part acting as a trusted liaison between the DMDL department and their respective clients.



The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality as the role requires a fast paced, high call volume load. The candidate will be required to stay in close communication with these clients on a daily basis. In addition daily interaction with the DMDL team to provide daily updates on client interaction will also play a key part in being successful in this role.



Responsibilities:



•Handle a high volume of daily calls with clients


•Perform client intake in a polite and professional matter


•Directing our clients to their proper internal contact


•Work with the DMDL team to assure the highest level of client service is being provided


•Communicate on a daily basis updates on client calls

Prominent Plaintiff-side law firm located in New York City is currently seeking a fulltime Office Receptionist to support a staff of approximately 400 employees. The hours would be approximately 8am - 5pm, M-F.

Applicants must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with all clients, attorneys, and legal constituents. They are required to handle a high volume of calls, remain professional at all times, and have strong time management and organizational skills.
